HIPPS (High Integrity Pressure Protective System)
HIPPS systems are a series of components, specifically engineered to isolate the source of dangerous high pressure, in the case of an overpressure event. HIPPS is an independent and reliable Safety Instrumented System that is designed with high integrity as per established ANSI/ISA and IEC standards, in order to equal or exceed the safety performance of conventional safety valves.
Wellhead Control Systems And Solutions
HR has massive project experience in the design, manufacturing, and commisionning of the wellhead safety control system (WHCP), which can be single-well controlling, multi-well controlling, or solar powered. The applicable scenarios can be onshore, offshore, desert areas, or artificial islands.
As the leader and innovator in WHCP, HR strickly follows the standards of system design, cutomers' speficiations, and fabrication to assure the reliability, maintainability, and feasibility. The control of WHCP varies from pneumatic/hydraulic to PLC-based.
Chemical Injection Skid
This is used for conventional chemical injection in factories or oil fields, including chemical storage containers, pumps, valves and instruments, related tunbings, and electrical controls. All of these components are installed on a single enclosed skid. Conventional injection skids are widely used in onshore applications.
Pressure Testing Equipment
The pressure testing device manufactured by HR is powered by compressed air and utilizes a pneumatic pressure booster to generate hydraulic output for static pressure testing applications. Designed with consideration for the demanding conditions of oilfield operations, the main components are constructed from stainless steel to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability.
